THE GREEN KNIGHT

The film reimagines the medieval Arthurian poem Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, a tale of courage, honour and transformation. Here, the Green Knight becomes a force of nature, growth and seasonal renewal rather than an adversary.

Invited by costume designer Susie Coulthard, to create A botanical intervention in the headpiece worn by Indira Varma as the Green Knight.

Textiles were worked to evoke living moss, woven together with natural and artificial flowers, blurring the line between what grows and what is made.
