Many regenerative practices start with a simple idea: life is built through relationships. From microorganisms in the soil to the microbiota in our own bodies, living systems depend on communities working together.

Land Beat is my contribution to How It Heals? Issue 002, a fanzine by House of Belle exploring regeneration through plant wisdom, subtle energy, everyday practices and community voices. The text gathers notes, curious facts and reflections on regeneration as something that belongs to no single discipline, tracing the connections between soil, plants, people and living systems, and the people who helped shape these ideas.

Alongside it, I created the Glossary of Vitality, a visual glossary of essential regenerative terms designed as a poster, and a set of small and larger everyday gestures for taking part in regenerative practices.
