CULTUREPLEX
Indoor Landscape · Manchester, UK · 2017
A cultural hub in a former 1867 railway warehouse in Manchester, where people came to meet, eat, work, watch films, listen to music or join a talk. Now known as Ducie Street Warehouse.
Together with Loren Daye, founder of New York studio LOVEISENOUGH and creative director of Ace Hotel, we brought the garden indoors, weaving lush greenery through a soft, muted interior conceived as a public square. The indoor landscape soon became one of Manchester’s most iconic, and a favourite spot for visitors to stop and take photos.
